Built by someone who needed it first
Gary CakirAutomateFirst was created out of frustration.
The founder runs several small operating businesses across services, real estate, and software. A few years ago, those businesses had one thing in common: every one of them was drowning in repetitive admin work.
Hundreds of emails a week. Proposals copy-pasted by hand. Social posts that took half a day to write. Follow-ups that never happened because there was never time.
Hiring more people was not the answer. Most of the work did not need a human. It needed a system.
So we started building. Email follow-ups first. Then proposals. Then content. Then lead qualification. Workflow by workflow, the businesses became calmer and easier to run.
Every workflow inside AutomateFirst is based on something we actually run in a real business of our own. We are not teaching AI as theory. We are operators who use it daily, and we wrote down what works.
Small business owners deserve the same automation advantages as enterprise teams, without the consultant invoice.
