Australian importer

A supplier inbox that answers itself, within the owner’s rules

The situation

An importer deals with brands and suppliers across several time zones. Keeping up meant the owner checking email all day, and slow replies cost goodwill.

What we built

  • A morning inbox check that separates real conversations from noise and drafts replies
  • Routine replies go out on their own: confirming receipt, asking for missing details, sending the approved price card, proposing call times, one polite follow-up after five quiet business days
  • Anything that commits money, exclusivity or a contract is drafted and waits for the owner’s one-word yes
  • Every message sent is logged

Where it stands now

Routine supplier email is handled without the owner, and the decisions that matter still come to them. The rulebook was written with the owner and can be changed in plain English.
