What we have built

We run every build on our own businesses first

We do not have client testimonials yet, and we will not invent them. These three builds run today in businesses in our own group. They are anonymised, and we only describe what was built and what it does, not numbers we have not measured.

Online education business

A website form that was quietly losing every enquiry

The business captured enquiries through a quiz and a free-audit form. On inspection, the quiz was saving emails to a file the web server throws away, and the email service key had been revoked. Visitors saw a thank-you message while nothing was kept and nobody was told.

Enquiries are now stored, the team hears about them within seconds, and follow-ups run on their own. This is the same setup we install for clients as Enquiry Autopilot.

Australian importer

A supplier inbox that answers itself, within the owner’s rules

An importer deals with brands and suppliers across several time zones. Keeping up meant the owner checking email all day, and slow replies cost goodwill.

Routine supplier email is handled without the owner, and the decisions that matter still come to them. The rulebook was written with the owner and can be changed in plain English.

Dubai advisory firm

Outreach that is checked by a person and sent by machine

An advisory firm wanted to start conversations with regulated companies without sending spam or embarrassing mistakes.

Personal, accurate outreach goes out on schedule with no double sends, and the owner only approves the style once.
