Anthropic: Claude for Small Business: Fall 2026 Update

What it is

Claude for Small Business (launched May 2026, 900,000+ installs) added 43 workflows and 27 new integrations on 17 September, extending from back-office tasks into lead generation, inbound-inquiry handling, proposal writing, and day-to-day reporting. New connectors include Shopify, Salesforce, TikTok, Zoom, Xero, Gusto, Square, Stripe, and Zapier, alongside existing partners QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, and Docusign.

Why we picked it

This is the single most directly usable resource in this update, a students can install a workflow, not just read about the idea. The requested-features list (lead gen, inbound replies, reporting) maps almost exactly onto what Module 5 students ask for, and the fall workshop tour (750+ sessions, 10 US cities) gives students a live-support fallback if self-serve setup stalls.
